Want to learn English that is demanding, stimulating, challenging, different?
I have lived, worked and taught English in London for more than twenty years. I understand that a technical knowledge of English is only part of the recipe for success in this global era.
Using the full depth of my knowledge in British English, business and culture, I provide tailor-made and discreet tuition in all things English and London. My approach is that of a mentor to individuals, their partners and their families coming to live, work or simply holiday in the world's leading city.
Whether you are on your way to London soon for business or pleasure; whether you are going to be staying here for two weeks, two years, or for the rest of your life, you will get the most from your stay if you understand London's history, culture, language and people. More importantly, you will get the most from your English language learning experience if you understand the people and the culture which is home to British English.

I set up Incomr Limited in 2007 having had seven years back in the UK teaching English in both the private and public sector. I wasn't impressed with the quality of teaching on offer in the English language sector and still remain skeptical. I decided to set up my own business to provide passionate English language training to those who want something more than a simple classroom experience.
And unlike other English language trainers I am so much more. I know business at a senior level. I have almost ten years experience as a non-executive director at a £200m turnover business at which I have been Chairman of subsidiary businesses as well as Chairman of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee, and latterly the Senior Independent Director.
I have recently been appointed a trustee at a grant-giving mental health charity at which I am also the administrator. Working to help others in my own time is important to me, not only for myself, but also as an example to my family, I have three young daughters, the care of which I share with my partner of almost 20 years.
Going further back, I've not only worked in software and I.T. in the banking sector, but also spent a couple of years setting up a now award-winning environmental tourist project on the shores of Lake Niassa in Mozambique. Before that I lived and taught in Greece for two years whilst travelling widely in the region.
