Incomr is currently in closed beta. The service is provided for evaluation and testing purposes only. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. Uptime, accuracy, and continuity of service are not guaranteed during this phase.
All cash flow forecasts, payment predictions, and client reliability scores generated by Incomr are statistical estimates based on historical invoice data. They do not constitute financial advice, accounting advice, or any form of professional financial guidance. You should not make business, financial, or legal decisions based solely on Incomr's output. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
You may only use Incomr for lawful purposes using your own QuickBooks data. You may not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the prediction algorithms, or use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
Incomr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any predictions will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Incomr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
During the current beta phase, no payments are collected. Incomr plans to introduce a paid plan at $29/month following the beta period. Trial users will be notified before any billing begins. You may cancel or delete your account at any time with no obligation.
Your use of Incomr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time via Account Settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
